Subclass 188 Visa – A visa for Australian Business Innovation and Investment lets you own a business, invest, and do business and investment. A successful business track record and enough money are some of the requirements. You can even get permanent residency. You’ll need a business plan as well.

Subclass 186 visa – If your company nominates a skilled worker, you can permanently live and work in Australia. We accept nominations from Australian businesses that meet skills, experience, and English proficiency requirements. The nominating employer also requires a two-year job.

How to Apply for Australia PR Visa ?

You can follow these steps once you’ve checked if you’re eligible for an Australia Permanent Resident visa. Here’s how to apply:

  • Check the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) for your occupation.
  • Find out if you’re eligible for an Australia PR visa. You need 65 points to qualify
  • Get the correct visa for Permanent Residence
  • Make sure you have your IELTS and Skill Assessment results before applying
  • Get your Expression of Interest (EOI) form on SkillSelect
  • If you’re applying for a state-nominated visa, like Subclass 190, get a nomination from an Australian state.
  • Get the ITA and submit the application and documents for Australia PR within 60 days.
  • Wait for the application to be processed. In the meantime, get a PCC and medical certificate.
  • Get the visa approved by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
